Shreyamskumar files petition in SC
New Delhi: M V Shreyamskumar MLA has filed a caveat petition in the Supreme Court seeking to hear his version in the Wayanad land eviction cases. The other day the state government had decided to move the SC to stay the order by the Kerala High Court on eviction of the encroachments in Wayanad by the tribal welfare committee. The tribes encroached Krishnagiri Estate of Shreyamskumar and lands of Janata Dal leader George Pothen and Harrisons Malayalam Limited.
