Kochi: Defender K Jaseer will lead the Kerala team for Santhosh Trophy in Kolkatha in July . Midfielder Bijesh Benn is the vice captain. A twenty member team including eight new faces were announced by the KFA president KMA Mather at Aluva Udhyogamandal. M M Jacob is the coach.
Team: goal keepers: Joby Joseph, Jinesh Thomas, K Sarath.
Defenders: K Jaseer, Anaz, Jestil Stephen, V Sujith, Johnson, Prinson Paulose.
Mid fielders: Sakeer, Renil, Martin John, Sumesh.
Strikers: Subair, Jacon Sebastian, Muahammed Aslam , Javed and Ragesh K.
Kerala's first match will be against Utharakhand on July 22. On 24 Kerala will face Himachal Pradesh and on 26 Assam.
