Self financing : Justice Muhammed Committee to meet on Sept 6
Kochi: Justice Muhammad Committee will hold a meet on September 6 to discuss the present situation in self financing admission. The meet will analyse the situation after the Supreme Court verdict. The committee will decide on the admission and fees at a meeting on Monday. Justice P A Muhammad said that self financing managements won't be allowed to raise the fee. If they break the contract with the state government, they would have to collect the fee prescribed by the committee. The SC in its order upheld the HC stay of the entrance exam, which was conduced by the self financing management consortium. The SC also directed to hold admission from the government list.
