New Delhi: Several low-lying areas in Delhi remained inundated today even as the water level in Yamuna river, which is flowing well above the danger mark, receded.The water level in Yamuna was at 206.14 metres at 9 am this morning, and according to the forecast it is expected to come down to 205.85 metres by this evening.The river, however, is still flowing well above the danger mark of 204.83 metres.The Inter-State Bus Terminal at Kashmiri Gate has been partially submerged, and operations....
