Abu Dhabi: Monaco-based hospitality giant Monte-Carlo SBM will open a beach club for the tourists on the Sasdiyat Island off the coast of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The luxury club which is scheduled to open in March 2011 will be named as the Monte-Carlo Beach Club Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi's Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC, said.
Nestled between two luxury resorts, visitors will have direct access to the pristine waters of Saadiyat beach, and the famous Saadiyat Beach Golf Club.
Lee Tabler, Chief Executive Officer of TDIC, said: 'TDIC is developing Saadiyat Island as an unrivalled destination for culture and a contemporary urban lifestyle, and the Monte-Carlo SBM brand complements these aspirations perfectly.
The 36,500-square-metre club will provide a range of services, including kids' area, swimming pools, health and fitness centre and restaurant.
