Thiruvananthapuram : Kerala Revenue Minister K P Rajendran today wrote to Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan asking him to order a vigilance inquiry into the PSC Scam.
In his letter, Mr Rajanedran urged the Home Minister to order an inquiry and take steps to arrest the culprits involved in the scam, in which many had got appointment in government service by producing fake joining order and Advice Memo of the Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC).
Meanwhile, a departmental probe had also been ordered to find out whether there was any fraud in the appointments in Revenue Department since 2005, according to an official release here.
Land Revenue Commissioner K R Muralidharan was directed to conduct a detailed inquiry into the allegation.
Mr Muralidharan would visit Wayanand to inquire in this regard, tomorrow, the release added.
