Job Scam: Premjith surrenders

Kalpetta: One more accused in the scam surrendered in the Kalpetta DySP office on Friday night. The accused was identified as P.A Premjith of Aanad Prasanth Nivas in Thiruvananthapuram district, the police said. Premjith secured the post of a village man at the Village office Panamaram in the district. On last Sunday, when revenue team reached at the village office for search, Premjith escaped from the scene. With this the total number of persons arrested in connection with the scam rose to 6. ADGP Vincent M Paul will visit Kalpetta to evaluate the probe on Saturday. Meanwhile Kalpetta CJM Court remanded the prime accused Abhilash Pillai and Suraj Krishna, who also secured a job, for 10 days. Premjith would be presented before the court on Saturday.
