Punaloor: Two more persons accused in the job scandal case surrendered on Monday. Sabarinath and his younger brother Kannan surrendered before the Kollam Punnaloor court. The surrender comes against the special investigation team conducting vigorous search to nab them.

Sabarinath and Kannan are brothers of Jyothi and all three were involved in securing jobs by producing fake advice memos and appointment orders. Jyothi was arrested by the police earlier and her father Krishnan Kutty Chettiar (60) is also under police custody. Krishnan Kutty Chettiar had told police the other day that he had given Rs 23 lakhs for securing jobs for his three children. The prime accused in the case Abhilash S Pillai and Janardhanan Pillai had surrendered earlier. The police had raided the house of Kannan, Sabarinath and Ajith Kumar earlier. The police are yet to nab Ajith Kumar (37) and N P Chandrachoodan (55), who were alleged to be the agents involved in the scam.
