Kottayam : Two Ayyappa pilgrims from Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh were killed at separate incidents in Ranni and Erumeli, police said today.
Srinivas Raghavan (35) of Kadalur in Tamil Nadu was drowned at Vattappara river at Pampavally near Ranni after
darshan in Sabarimala yesterday.
Local people traced out the body and rushed to hospital.
Dayarassi Reddy (65) of Nellore in Andhra Pradesh who was on way to Sabarimala died due to cardiac arrest at
Erumeli. The body was taken to native place, police said. PTI
