Man sets children on fire, kills self
Kalpetta: Man committed suicide after killing his two children. The deceased are Benny, 45 whose children Amala, 5 and Abhaya, 3 on fire. The incident happened in the house near Thrikkaipatta Government UP School where the family was residing for rent. Benny who is wood cutter set the kids on fire in a drunken condition. His wife Gracy and younger son Abhi were not in the home. The reason for the act is not known. Benny from Pathanamthitta married Gracy from Panthaplackal seven years back. The police said that dispute between Benny and Gracy were regular.
