Three from Palakkad killed in Coimbatore accident

Coimbatore: Three from Palakkad were killed in an accident on the Palakkad-Coimbatore national highway when the car in which they were travelling hit a lorry. The deceased are Jamal Muhammad, 46, who is running Jamal and Sons shop in Palakkad, his brother Mehboob Muhammad, 43 and their cousin, Riyas, 45. Babu, another person who was also in the car was injured seriously. He had been admitted to a private hostel in Coimbatore. The accident occurred at 5 pm on Sunday. The four were on their way to Coimbatore for business purpose. Jamal, Mehboob and Riyas died on the spot. Jamal and Mehboob is the son of late Abdul Gafar. The family owns a optical shop and a watch shop. Riyas father is Muhammad Ismail.

Jumailath is the wife of Jamal and children Jamshiya, Jafri and Jusain. Ajitha Begum is the wife of Mehboob, children Junaimoosa, Salha. Vaheda is Riyas's wife kid, Siyan and Suha.
