Rauf comes out with more revelations

Kozhikode: Rauf, co-brother of Kunhalikutty, in a press conference on Tuesday alleged that it was additional advocate general K C Peter who gave the money to Justice Narayana Kururp's son-in-law to alter the case. Rauf said that he was the prime witness to this dealing. It was Peter who had helped in dealing with justice Thankappan. Rauf said he had no special role in the case and was also not aware of Peter giving money to Thanakappan. Peter only ensured that our needs were fulfilled. He also denied the claim by KNA Khader that Rauf had not accompanied Kunhalikutty anywhere. Rauf dismissed this and said that both he and Kunhalikutty had gone to Ajitha's advocate, Kerala house and had been together to Kochi at least 100 times . All these can be proven by examining the documents.

ET Muhammad Basheer would have cast allegations against me as there would be no other way out for him, he said. Rauf alleged that Kunhalikutty once tried to oust Basheer from politics. Rauf said it is Kunhalikutty who must disclose what I had achieved after blackmailing him and also reveal for what he had been blackmailed.

He also ruled out allegations that he had set three rubber factories ablaze, including the one in Nilambur. Rauf plans to move court on these allegations and also on fake currency case. Even if I am punished, the truth has to come out, he said.

One among the accused in the ice cream case was forced to buy a plot, owned by ADGP in Kochi, during that time, for a huge amount.

He also asked Kunhalikutty to disclose the names of persons who had committed suicide in debt cases.
