Minister Premachandran injured in road accident
Thrissur: Water Resources minister N K Premachandran was injured in a road accident on Friday night at 11.30 at Mundoor Payangadi. He was injured on his shoulder and legs. He was taken to the Amala Hospital for first aid in a police vehicle.
The minister's Tavera car plunged into a canal when it was trying to give way for another vehicle. The driver Biju has also been injured.
After attending various functions the minister was returning from Kollam. Kannamkalam police took Premachandran to a hospital.
