Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and President Pratibha Patil on Wednesday discussed the ongoing budget session of Parliament and other issues, including the situation in the Arab world, according to a Rashtrapati Bhavan release.
“The two leaders discussed the budget session, issues pertaining to the JPC [Joint Parliamentary Committee], measures to check price rise, food security, internal security and the current situation in the Arab world,” the release said.
