A 23-year-old student died under suspicious circumstances after he fell from the terrace of a building here on Tuesday. The police said that the post-mortem revealed that the deceased was drunk but the incident is further being investigated.
According to the police, Imran Khan, an engineering student had a party with his friends till late on Monday, which lasted till 1.00 am. Imran had rented a flat in Kolar, where he was residing alone.
The police said after the party was over, Imran complained of restlessness to his friends and went on the terraces of the building, while his friends returned to their homes. The guard in the colony at around 4 am found the victim dead and called the police.
According to the police, when they reached the spot, the student was already dead. The police have questioned his friends and are investigating the matter.
