Malappuram : The police have registered a case against popular Malayalam film and stage actor Thilakan for culpable homicide under 304-A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).Police sources told UNI here today the case was registered with Pandikkad Police Station in the district.
Two siblings -- Farzeen Khan (6) and his sister Fathima Fida (2)-- were killed when the car driven by the actor rammed into an autorikshaw in which they were travelling at Pandikkad yesterday.
Their parents -- Firoze and Jazina -- were hospitalised after sustaining injuries.
Thilakan was proceeding to Tiruvali near Wandoor in the district for a film shoot when the tragedy struck.
