Injured Cong constituency secretary dies
Chenganoor: Congress Aala constituency secretary, Suresh Kumar, 42, who was gravely injured after being hit by a private bus, died in a private hospital in Mulakuzhi. His brother Sasikumar filed a complaint with the Chengaoor DySP alleging conspiracy. During election time Suresh Kumar and his team, while campaigning for PC Vishnu Nath, had quarreled with private bus employees. On May 14, the same bus hit his bike near Kanjirathumoodu at 1.45 pm. Police said a probe is being held based on a complaint filed by Sasikumar. Suresh Kumar is an electrician and taluk president of INTUC youth wing. His wife is Krishnakumari and Sandeep and Sachin are his children.
