Bad weather hits flight operations at Calicut Airport

Kozhikode :Inclement weather disrupted operations at Calicut International Airport prompting diversion of two international flights to Kochi today.Air India sources said Dubai-Calicut and Doha-Baharain-Calicut flights, scheduled to arrive early this morning, were diverted to Nedumbassery Airport due to poor visibility triggered by inclement weather.

However, both flights returned to the airport after improvement in weather conditions later, the sources added.
