Absconding girl found dead in forest
Mananthavady: A college student who was absconding from Padinjarethara was found dead at Appapara forest. Anitha, 20 daughter of Vishwanathan Nair was found killed.Police held two persons Naser, 36 and Gafoor , 32 from Pladinjarethara . It is said that the accused brought the girl to the forest and after killing her fled with jewelleries.According to police Anitha was having an affair with Naser who came to her house for well construction some times back. Anitha who went to her college in Mananthavady on August 13 was found missing. Her relatives filed complaint later. When the probe was progressing centering Nasar that he disappeared soon. When police had a tip off that Naser reached back home, police team led by Vaithir CI MP Premadas booked him . Later Naser shown them the dead body in the forest. Naser said he killed her by strangulating. They reached Appappara via bus. Sulochana is Anitha's mother and Aneesh is brother.
