One more accused held in Bhanwari Devi case
The Jodhpur police on Friday achieved a major breakthrough in Bhanwari Devi kidnapping case, when it nabbed Baldev alias Balaia, one of the main accused in the case, which is making headlines for the past one month.
While confirming the arrest of Baldev, Umesh Mishra, IG, Jodhpur Range, declined to divulge details from where Baldev was arrested and where he had been kept. However, he said his interrogation would provide some definite leads to the police to crack the case at the earliest. Baldev is a close aide of Shahabuddin, the main accused in the case, who brought nurse Bhanwari Devi from his village Borunda to Bilara, from where she disappeared.
