Man shot dead point blank in Bathery
Sulthan Bathery: A man was shot dead point blank after bringing him out of his house during midnight at Vadakannad near Sulthan Bathery. The deceased is Thomas, a labourer, working at the Meenangadi FCI godown. The incident occured at around 10.45 pm using a hunting pistol.The man who was supposed to have shot Thomas has been taken into custody in the night itself. His name and identity has not been released. The body is kept at the Bathery Taluq Hospital.
