Home Minister Umashankar Gupta has said that Tele-Samadhan Kendra system will be implemented in the entire State. He was reviewing redressal of complaints after linking Police Department with Tele-Samadhan Centre here on Saturday.
Bhopal district’s 29 complaints were registered at Tele-Samadhan Kendra and all of them have been redressed within 15 days. Crimes were also registered in two complaints.
Gupta said that this system has been voluntary adopted for reforms in police administration. Therefore, it should not be considered a burden and complaints received at Tele-Samadhan Kendra should be redressed spontaneously.
Information about all the points pertaining to a complaint should be given instantly so that there will be no further complaints in the same case.
