    MP revises rates of reimbursement for medical tests, treatment
    The State Government has revised the rates of reimbursement for medical tests and treatment of the Government employees and their family members and other patients under the Rajya Beemari Sahayata Yojna, Mukhyamantri Sahayata Yojna and Mukhyamantri Bal Hriday Upchar Yojna at the Government and recognised medical institutions.

    As per the revised rates, reimbursement of Rs8,500 will be made for angiography including coronary carotid, renal, aortogram peripheral, Rs50,000 for coronary angioplasty without stent, Rs72,000 for coronary angioplasty (non drug eluting), Rs25,000 for second stent, Rsone lakh for coronary bypass surgery (including coronary angiography), Rs80,000 for ASD surgical or device closure, Rs90,000 for VSD closure surgical or device closure.

    Similarly, Rsone lakh for complex congenital heart diseases, Rs1.30 lakh for single valve replacement, Rs1.65 lakh for double valve replacement, Rs1.40 lakh for CABGS with one valve replacement, Rs1.50 lakh for CABGS with double valve replacement, Rsone lakh for valve repair with prosthetic ring and Rs85,000 for open pulmonary valvulotomy.

    Besides, rate of Rs10,000 has been fixed for electrophysiological study, Rs25,000 for radio frequency ablation, Rs10,000 for acute myocardial infraction, Rs25,000 for PDA surgical ligation, Rs65,000 for PDA device closure, Rs25,000 each for balloon pulmonary valvuloplasty and pericardiocentesis, Rs12,000 for percadiostomy, Rs36,000 for percardiactomy, Rs30,000 for coarctation surgical repair without graft, Rs38,000 for coarctation surgical repair with graft, Rs25,000 for systemic pulmonary shunt with or without graft and the revised rate for has been fixed as Rs55,000 pacemaker implantation.
