‘SC verdict exposed Congress’
The verdict of Supreme Court in the case of 2-G Spectrum has exposed the real intentions of Congress, Prime Minister and UPA government, said Vijesh Lunawat, chief spokesperson of the BJP State unit.
He further said that the PM took no notice of the scam, though he was well aware of the real facts related to 2-G Spectrum scam. It is unfortunate that PM has been defending former telecom minister A Raja. He also said that PM Manmohan Singh and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi cannot escape from the real fact, by calling it as a scam of telecom ministry only.
Lunawat said that with the decisions taken in three cases of 2-G Spectrum, the Apex court has raised the curtains from the misdeeds of the Congress. Constitutionally, as a joint responsibility the decisions in the ministry are considered as the decision of the PM. Thus, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh cannot save himself from the responsibility of 2G spectrum scam.
