A high-powered composite defence delegation led by IAF chief Air Chief Marshal NAK Browne is in Singapore for four-day starting Monday. Browne will hold talks with his counterparts there on ways to enhance defence co-operation besides calling on Singapore Defence Minister Lawrence Wong Chief of Defence Force Lt General Neo Kian Hong and Air Force chief Major General Ng Chee Meng, officials said here on Monday.
