Chouhan extends best wishes to Indian athletes
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has extended his best wishes to Indian players participating in the London Olympics. In a message sent through Ashok Dhyanchand, the Chief Minister said there were extremely talented sportspersons who played for the country and not just to win individual accolades. The state and the entire country wished them well, he said.
It may be mentioned that former Olympian and Madhya Pradesh Hockey Academy’s coach Ashok Dhyanchand has been included in high-level delegation for London Olympics by the Union Government. The delegation also comprises the Union Sports Minister and various sporting greats.
Congratulating Dhyanchand, the Chief Minister said that Indian players would draw energy from his presence.
