Director of the National Gallery of Modern Arts, Rajeev Lohan, has shot off numerous letters to the Culture Ministry to release funds for disbursing payments incurred towards celebration of 150th birth anniversary of celebrated poet Rabindranath Tagore. While the NGMA has claimed expenditure of
`66 lakh on holding painting exhibitions at the national and international levels for the year-long celebrations that ended this May, the Ministry has so far released just `2 lakh.
