While the Parliament may not have functioned for a single day during the just concluded Monsoon Session, the Government departments remained full of activity, especially the Shastri Bhawan and Transport Bhawan that house some of the major ministries. The officials kept themselves busy in preparing and looking for answers sought by the people’s representatives. More so, to ensure that their Minister does not miss out being seen on TV. After all, the people in the minister’s constituency wait to watch him on television.
