Newly appointed UP Congress chief Nirmal Khatri while spelling out his priorities on Tuesday, accorded top priority on strengthening the organisation instead of complaining against misdeeds or failures of others. The Congress MP from Faizabad was addressing party leaders and workers after taking over reins at the Congress state headquarters in Lucknow. "The need of the hour is to respect and recognise grassroot workers as they were the deprived ones for various reasons, a factor which ultimately affects the prospect of the party adversely," he said.
