After a let-up, stray dog menace has once again increased in Bhuvaneswari Nagar. Residents are attacked even during daytime. No action is being taken by the Animal Welfare Board, the Blue Cross or the Pallavaram Municipality. As there seems to be no legal tangle in eliminating such animals, the municipality can embark on an exercise like the Chennai Corporation.
