    1 cup long grained rice
    1/2 cup shelled green peas
    1medium sized carrot
    2 capsicums
    1 stick celey
    1 big onion
    1 small bamboo shoot
    1 tbs beansprouts
    1 tbs chilli sauce
    3 tbs groundnut oil
    1 tbs sayasauce
    1 tbs tomato sauce
    salt

    method

    chop celery,carrots,bambooshootsand capsicums into thin long stripes.Slice onion finely.Heat a little oil,saute onions.Add celery and saute.Add vegetables and fry lightly.Add salt,sayasauce and chilli sauce.fry well and keep aside for 10 min.vegetables should be partially cooked.heat remaining oil in a pan and fry rice for 5 min.till all the grains are well coatedwith oil.Transfer rice to a container and add 1 and half cups of water in it.place container with rice in a cooker and cook for 8 min. remove when cool.Add fried vegetables and tomato sauce and mix well.

    wow..most of the recipes that I see that are for chinese fried rice looks really complicated..but this dish looks really simple and easy to make according to ur reicpe!!!..thnx and keep going dee!!!
