    Bhindi Stuffed

    Lady finger (Bhindi) - 250 gms

    Filling:


    Besan - 1/2 cup
    Fresh grated coconut - 3 -5 tblsp
    Oil - 1 tblsp
    Salt - according to taste
    Chillie powder - 3/4 tsps
    dhania powder - 3 tsps
    Tumeric powder - 1/2 tsps
    Jeera powder - 1/2 tsps

    Tempering

    Oil - 2tblsp
    Jeera - 1/2 tsps
    Hing - according to taste


    Wash and wip the bhindi. Remove the ends and split lenghtwise.
    Mix all the filling ingredients together and stuff the bhindi with theis mixture.
    Now heat a pan with oil add jeera and hing. When the jeera turns browm all the stuffed bhindis
    Stir for 2 - 3 mintues. Sprinkle some water and cover to cook.
    Occasionally keep stirring till the bhindi becomes tender. Avoid over stirring as it would trigger in coming the mixture out of the bindies.
    Garnish with fresh cocunut and coriender leaves.
    Serve hot with rotis.
